  • Recruitment, Manpower availability
  • Compensation & Benefit Management including Payroll
  • Bench Planning & Employee Development
  • Devise country wide recruitment strategy
  • Handling a team.
  • Excellent man management, resource management skills.
  • Developing the candidate talent pool through a variety of creative methods including internal candidate database management, internet searches, job boards, referral generation, networking, and direct sourcing
  • Build out talent roadmap to be aligned with business needs
  • Drive analysis of ROI of talent acquired and succession plans
  • Working closely with the Manager HR and individual operations Managers to deliver talent strategy.
