  • Job Evaluation, Compensation Benchmarking.
  • Recruitment & Selection, Grievance Management etc.
  • Annual Salary Review.
  • Responsible for preparing and managing the E-Cost Budget for the entire company.
  • Responsible for managing Compensation Fitments for new hire offers.
  • Responsible for implementing Balanced Scorecard & Strategy Maps.
  • Responsible for preparing and managing the Organizational Effectiveness Budget.
  • Compensation and Benefits, Performance Appraisal and Incentives.
  • Controlling attrition and implementing best retention techniques
  • Framing and implementing HR policies.
  • Ability to come-up with creative and innovative solutions.
  • Participating in Compensation Surveys
  • MIS documentation related to salary.
  • Undertaking quality checks of input data, output of pay register and other related reports.
