To undertake all kind of feasibility and due diligence studies if entering into franchisee contracts or contracts with retailers.
To ensure that store space selection are such that optimum range for each size of store is displayed while delivering the required returns per square foot.
To work with Finance and legal personnel to ensure that all legal and commercial compliances are clear to move ahead.
To liaise with local authorities and obtain all Local Permissions before entering into a deal.
To ensure timely completion and handover of projects to the projects team that makes the store ready for retailing.
To manage the capital expenditure on projects & accountable for budget/cost control.
